The Scottish Wholesale Association has produced a Guidance Note for Wholesalers on Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP) and Licensing.

A new report has warned that 60% of companies are unprepared for the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation with less than three months until their implementation.

Employers should be aware of changes to employment rates from April 1st.

With the implementation of the new legislation on Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP) for alcohol due to come into force on May 1, the Scottish Wholesale Association is collaborating with the Scottish Government to raise awareness of the changes.
