Scottish Wholesale Local Food and Drink Growth Fund: Round 2 Applications Now Open
The Scottish Wholesale Association (SWA) has secured £195,000 from the Scottish Government to deliver a new Scottish Wholesale Local Food and Drink Growth Fund. The fund represents the third phase of the Delivering Growth Through Wholesale local sourcing programme launched in 2021, developed by SWA in partnership with the Scottish Agricultural Organisation Society Ltd and Scotland Food & Drink.
The Scottish Wholesale Local Food and Drink Growth Fund has been set up to support wholesalers in working closely local Scottish producers, manufactures, local authorities and other stakeholders to increase the volume, and customer base, of Scottish produce being sold through the wholesale channel.
Grant funding of up to £10,000 is available per wholesale applicant. Applicants must provide at least 50% of the total activity costs in match funding.

There is no fixed deadline for round 2 applications, the funding review panel will assess and award applications as they come in, based on the criteria within the Terms & Conditions and while funds allow.
